Cashew Butter Red Velvet Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet, peeled and cut into chunks (about ¾ cup)
  • ½ cup Woodstock Organic Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup preferred unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Woodstock Unsalted Cashew Butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch fine sea salt

Directions

  1. In a blender combine beet, cherries, banana, orange juice, milk, cashew butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Blend until completely smooth.
