Blueberry-Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Woodstock Organic Frozen Blueberries , plus more for serving
  • 1 cup Woodstock Organic Frozen Diced Mangoes
  • ½ small avocado, pitted and diced
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Woodstock Organic Smooth Unsalted Almond Butter
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a blender combine blueberries, mango, avocado, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth but very thick.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with additional blueberries, banana, cashews, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
